Lot prep, done right

Land prep can include removal of small trees and brush, and leveling of dirt.

Grading helps ensure a strong foundation is in place prior to a home build. During the grading process, water flow and erosion are taken into account.

Dirt may be moved from the site itself depending on the lot size — or in some cases may need to be brought in. If your lot has an excess of dirt, our team can remove it so site access stays a priority.
